Our Gas Boiler Maintenance Package is offered to our customers at a price of $150 + GST. Having you gas boiler undergo maintenance and tune-ups is essential to keeping your manufacture's warranty valid and avoid coslty repair expenses.

Our Gas Boiler Maintenance Service includes the following:
-Boiler heat exchanger cleaned
-Boiler flue cleaned
-Visual check for water leaks
-Visual check for damaged parts
-Check circulating pump amperage
-Check gas pressure
-Check and clean condensate line
-Start up/shut down of unit
-Check operation of saftey limit control
-Check and clean heat exchanger
-Check operation of low water cut-off
-Check operation of flow switch
-Check combustion-ventalation
-Check for any spillage
-Check operation of vent damper
-Clean pilot burner
-Clean flame sensor
-Check for carbon monoxide
-Check and adjust ignition and flame settings
-Check vent connector/venting
-Adjust/Set boiler to maximum possible efficiency level

Note: Gas Boiler Maintenance does not include carbon cleaning. Extra time and material for carbon cleaning will be charged. Cause of carbon build up will be investigated.
